2. Free, online course on "Ethics in Substance Abuse Prevention"

Please see the following information about this upcoming course for individuals working in the substance abuse prevention field. It is offered through the federal Center for Substance Abuse Prevention (CSAP) Western Center for the Application of Prevention Technologies (Western CAPT). Registration is due by February 6, 2009.

This course fulfills the minimum of six hours of Prevention Ethics education needed as part of the requirements to become credentialed as a Certified Prevention Professional (CPP). For more information about the process to become a CPP, please visit the Prevention Specialist Certification Board of Washington (PSCBW) website at Prevention training.
