Strategic Planning Committee Meeting
October 15, 2001
The
committee met at the Family Development Center from 12:30 – 2:00 P.M. on
Monday, October 15, 2001.
Members present: Brenda Butterfield, Florence Bucierka, Connie Hyatt, and Carol
Huard.
The next meeting will be scheduled to accommodate Jan’s
schedule to insure the process of strategic planning facilitated by her is
applied.
The vision and mission were presented to the membership.
The committee recommends the goals be introduced at the next meeting on November
13, 2001.
We began writing strategies that fit under the goals. We
made a credible effort, as shown below, but realize we have a lot more to do.
Members are urged to revise and edit the outline presented below.
