Home Visiting Committee
Mission: The Home Visiting Committee shall be a partnership of agencies who provide home visiting services and citizens including family members who receive these services, working together for the benefit of all families in Clallam County, to achieve the mission and vision of Prevention Works!.

Goals of Home Visiting Committee:
        Defining the existing home visiting network in  Clallam County, including access points, triage systems,  service provision, referral patterns, and communication linkages. Continually improving the existing network by:

 A.  Enhancing communications and linkages between agencies.
B.  Establishing and maintaining universal access for home visiting services.
C.  Individualizing service provision (e.g. matching family needs to the appropriate array and  level of services).
D.  Evaluating the existing network for gaps and components that need strengthening.
E.  Identifying "best practice" programs and services to complete the network
F.  Working with larger coalition to secure resources (e.g. funding) to implement the missing  components of the network.
G.  Measuring and reporting the benefits (outcomes) of home visiting services, which feeds  back into a-f.
