"Foster a lifelong joy of learning through deep physical and emotional connections with the rich cultural and natural histories of the Olympic Peninsula.”
Mandy Miller is excited to be the lead teacher for the Port Angeles Nature School! She has been living and working out on the Olympic Peninsula for about 7 years now. Prior to living out here, she lived and worked in multiple states doing outdoor/environmental education, including: California, New Hampshire, Michigan, and Illinois ( where she's originally from). Most recently, she have worked at NatureBridge, out on beautiful Lake Crescent. She loves sharing the natural world with people of all ages and watching the discovery that takes place. When she's not sharing the wonders of being outside, Ishe is usually found going on day hikes or backpack trips around the Peninsula, as well as taking pictures, making homemade pizza, running, and hanging out at the yurt she lives in.
